Services

The National Development Bank of Palau is able to assist clients by providing them with information on available services in the community for housing and business projects. These include contractors, architects, engineers, real estate appraisers and attorneys to name a few. The NDBP does not recommend any particular professional service for obvious liability issues.

The Bank is also able to assist clients in identifying suppliers and vendors from time to time by using its network of partners. The Bank also provides its clients and the community by supporting or conducting seminars and general or specialized training. These activities are to increase awareness and understanding of the Bank and Loan Products to help customers understand what services they may want to consider. Examples of NDBP Services to its clients and the community include the following:

• Annual Bank Fair - Palau Banking Association and Partner event each year co-sponsored by the NDBP
• Community Outreach - State vists or Radio/Television Talk Shows conducted by NDBP Loan Officers to explain loan programs
• Training - General topics such as Accounting have been conducted by NDBP partners for new and existing clients. Specialized training has also been made available. For instance, energy seminars and workshops for contractors and retailers have been offered.
